Yuicho Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026 · Version 2.4
In short
These are the rules for using Yuicho.
Your work is yours, your AI account is your own, and you’re responsible for what you let your agents do.
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited, as explained in section 13.
1. Who this agreement is between
These Terms of Service (the Terms) are an agreement between Kin Made LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (we, us), and you. They cover the Yuicho desktop app, the Yuicho mobile app, the website at yuicho.ai, and the related services (together, the Service). By creating an account, or by joining a thread as a guest, you agree to these Terms and confirm you’ve read our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use Yuicho
You must be an adult who lives in the United States.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must live in the United States. The Service is not available in any country or region subject to a comprehensive US embargo.
- You must not be on any US government list of restricted or sanctioned persons, such as the Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals List, and you must not use the Service on behalf of anyone who is.
- You may have one account. The details you give us must be accurate.
- If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
- You must not export or use the Service in violation of US export laws.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in safe and for all activity on your account, including what your agents do. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us at once at [email protected].
If a data breach affects your information, we follow all legally required breach notification laws and rules. We keep an internal breach policy.
4. Your AI provider
You remain subject to the terms and agreements of the AI provider whose service you use through Yuicho.
5. Your content
Your work belongs to you.
- In Local only mode (the default), Kin Made doesn’t receive Your Content, except threads others share with you and your replies in them, and as our Privacy Policy describes. What you send to an AI provider is covered by that provider’s terms. With Cloud sync on, your Yuicho data (your threads, memories and notebook) is stored on our servers as our Privacy Policy describes.
- As between you and us, you own what you put into the Service and what you get out of it (Your Content).
- You give us a limited permission to store, sync, process and show Your Content as needed:
- to run the Service for you and the people you share with;
- to act on notices and enforce these Terms;
- to comply with the law.
The permission ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we keep as the retention section of our Privacy Policy describes.
- If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
6. Our property
Yuicho is ours; your work stays yours.
- We own Yuicho, including the app, the website, our logos and trademarks, our design and our code. Your Content stays yours (section 5).
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Yuicho app under these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service or its software without our written permission.
- Some parts of Yuicho are open-source software. Those parts are governed by their own licenses, listed in the app’s open-source notices. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licenses give you.
7. Sharing, content rules and notices
You decide what you share and with whom.
- You choose what to share and with whom, and you’re responsible for what you share.
- Anyone you invite to a thread must accept these Terms before they take part.
- We don’t monitor threads. We act on notices we receive, and where the law requires. Notices are explained on yuicho.ai/legal:
- copyright notices go to our copyright agent (section 10);
- other reports go to [email protected].
- After a notice, or if we find that content or an account breaks these Terms, we may stop sharing the content, remove it, or suspend or close the account.
8. Rules of use
Use Yuicho lawfully and for its purpose.
You must not use the Service, or let your agents use it, to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- put in health or patient information, confidential information of an employer or client that you aren’t allowed to share, or other data that the law specially regulates, such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers;
- make, or substantially decide, consequential decisions about people without meaningful human review, such as decisions about hiring, lending, housing, insurance or health care;
- attack, probe or disrupt any system, send spam, or collect data from a website against its terms;
- share content that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is abusive, threatening, sexually exploitative, or shared without the consent of a person it depicts;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security of the Service, or reach accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- create accounts by automated means, or sell or transfer access to your account;
- mislead anyone about the role of AI, where the law requires you to say so, or where hiding it would deceive someone to their harm.
Yuicho isn’t designed to meet HIPAA requirements, and we don’t sign business associate agreements.
Security research that follows our Security research page (yuicho.ai/legal/security) doesn’t break rules 4 or 6.
If you break these rules, we may stop sharing or remove content, or suspend or close your account.
9. AI agents and your responsibility
You decide what your agents may do. Check their work.
- You’re responsible for your agents, the permissions you give them, and their output.
- Agents act only with the access you give them, on your computer and in the accounts you connect. You decide how much they may do without asking you first. You set when they must ask for your approval in Yuicho settings and per thread. Permissions are highly configurable.
- When you use your own key, you’re responsible for all charges your AI provider bills for your agents' use, including charges caused by loops or hidden instructions. We suggest setting spending limits with your provider. Charges for AI use are between the AI provider and whoever owns the key used: you, or the company that gave you the key. Kin Made doesn’t meter, limit or pay for AI use.
- AI output and agent actions can be wrong or incomplete. They can also be misled by instructions hidden in content the agents read, such as web pages, emails or files. Check results before you rely on them.
- We don’t control the AI models, and we never ask for your AI provider’s password.
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INTERFERENCE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, PERFORMANCE AND ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT AND AGENT ACTIONS.
10. Copyright and takedowns
We respond to copyright notices as the law requires.
- We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Our Copyright and Takedown Policy, on yuicho.ai/legal, is part of these Terms. It explains what a notice must contain, what happens when we receive one, and how to send a counter-notice.
- Our designated copyright agent:
- Copyright Agent, Kin Made LLC
- 8401 Mayland Dr Ste A, Richmond, VA 23294
- [email protected]
- Repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we end the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Paid plans
Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time.
- Renewal. A paid plan renews automatically every month and continues until you cancel. On each renewal date, you’ll be charged the plan’s then-current monthly price to the payment method on file. There is no minimum term and no minimum purchase.
- Canceling. You can cancel at any time in Settings in the app. You don’t need to contact anyone. You can also cancel through our payment processor. Canceling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and then ends.
- No refunds. We don’t refund unused time, including when we discontinue a plan, except where the law requires a refund.
- Price and renewal changes. We email you 30 days before a price increase, or any other material change to your plan’s renewal terms, takes effect, and tell you how to cancel. You can cancel before it takes effect. If you’re in New York, a new price applies only if you accept it. If you don’t, your plan ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Who charges you. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Charges on your card statement will read as 'LINK.COM* YUICHO'. If you don’t recognize a charge from us, email [email protected].
- Reminders. We email every subscriber a reminder of their plan’s terms at least once a year.
- Business buyers. These rules apply in the same way to plans bought for a business.
- Questions. Write to [email protected].
12. Availability
We work to keep Yuicho running, but we can’t promise it always will.
- We don’t promise any uptime, response time or support level, and we don’t give service credits.
- The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, outages, or problems with services it depends on, such as our hosting, Google or your AI provider.
- Some features work through services you connect, such as your AI provider (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) and Google. Those services are run by those companies under their own terms.
- Features labeled alpha, beta or preview may change or stop without notice.
- We may change, add or remove features.
- Back up anything important.
13. Limits on liability
Our liability is limited.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
- Excluded damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages;
- lost profits, revenue or goodwill;
- lost or corrupted data.
- Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is the greater of:
- (a) what you paid for the Service, including through our payment processor, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- (b) US $100.
- Scope. This section applies to every legal theory, including contract, tort (including negligence) and statute. It applies even if we were told the damages were possible, and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
14. Your responsibility to us
You’re responsible for your agents and for Your Content. To the extent the law allows, you’ll cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from claims by others that arise from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of law. This doesn’t apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own breach of these Terms. We may take over the defense of a claim at our own cost; if we do, you’ll cooperate.
15. Ending
- You can stop using Yuicho and delete your account at any time, in Settings or by writing to [email protected].
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, or where the law requires. In appropriate circumstances, we end the accounts of repeat infringers. We give notice where we reasonably can.
- Sections 5.3, 5.4, 6 (except 6.2), 9 (except 9.2), 11.3, 13, 14, 16 and 18 continue after your account ends.
16. Disputes and governing law
If we have a disagreement, tell us first. Most can be settled by talking.
- Tell us first.
- Before you start a court case, we ask you to send a written description of the dispute (a Dispute Notice) to [email protected]. We do the same, to your account email.
- We’ll both try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.
- This step is voluntary.
- Either of us may go to court at any time for an urgent order, such as an injunction.
- Courts. Any court case relating to the Service or these Terms is brought in either:
- the Circuit Court or General District Court for Fairfax County, Virginia; or
- the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
You and we consent to these courts' jurisdiction.
- Small claims. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court in your county of residence, or in Fairfax County, Virginia, if the claim qualifies.
- Group claims. These Terms don’t waive any right to a jury trial or to bring or join a class action. If none of the courts in section 16.2 can hear a class action, section 16.2 doesn’t prevent one from being brought in another court with jurisdiction.
- Your home-state rights. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right that the law of your home state doesn’t let you give up.
- Payments. A dispute with our payment processor about a payment is governed by its terms.
- Governing law. Virginia law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
- Changes to this section. A change to this section applies only after 30 days' notice by email. It never applies to a dispute already raised in a Dispute Notice or filed in court. If you don’t accept a change, you may close your account.
17. Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms. We post the new version on yuicho.ai/legal with its date. If you keep using Yuicho after that, you accept the new version.
- Before a material change takes effect, we tell you in Yuicho or on yuicho.ai. Your shared threads don’t sync again until you accept the new version in the app.
- Changes to a paid plan’s price or renewal terms also follow section 11.4, and changes to section 16 follow section 16.8.
- Changes apply going forward only. They never apply to a dispute already raised in a Dispute Notice or filed.
18. Contact and general terms
- Contact.
- Notices to you. At sign-up you agreed to receive these Terms, notices and other communications electronically. We send notices to the email address on your account, or show them in Yuicho.
- Whole agreement. These Terms, the Copyright and Takedown Policy and, while they apply, the Beta Rules are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part is enforced as far as the law allows.
- No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
- Transfer. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, an acquisition or a sale of the Service, and we’ll tell you if we do.
- Events beyond our control. We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Apple App Store. If you get the Yuicho app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard license terms for apps also apply to that copy, alongside these Terms.
For questions, email [email protected].
Yuicho Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · Effective: October 24, 2026 · Version: 3.0
This policy covers the Yuicho desktop app, the Yuicho mobile app, the websites yuicho.ai and app.yuicho.ai, and Kin Made LLC’s other websites, including kinmade.ai and its subdomains. Yuicho is a product of Kin Made LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, which is responsible for your personal information under this policy.
In short
Local only (the default). What you put in Yuicho stays on your computer. We don’t receive it or store it. Your AI chats go straight from your computer to your AI provider, not through us.
Cloud sync (optional): Your encrypted Yuicho data is backed up to our cloud so you can use the Yuicho mobile app or website. Cloud sync also facilitates collaborating with other users via privately shared threads, multi-user spaces and unlocks Yuicho’s full feature set.
Either way, we never train AI on your content.
What we always keep: your account details, sign-up and agreement records, technical logs (no content), and threads others share with you, with your replies.
1. Who we are
In this policy, Kin Made, we and us mean Kin Made LLC. Yuicho means the Yuicho desktop app, the Yuicho mobile app, and the websites yuicho.ai and app.yuicho.ai. Our websites means all the websites named above. Personal information means information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. Content means what you and your agents create in Yuicho: messages, agents' replies and work, files and attachments.
Contact us at [email protected].
2. What stays on your computer
Yuicho runs on your computer. Local only is the default: what you put in Yuicho stays on your computer, and we don’t receive it or store it. You can still receive threads others share with you, but you can’t share threads, use the Yuicho website or mobile app, or use designs, mockups, rules and feedback cards. If you turn on Cloud sync, your Yuicho data is backed up to our cloud, encrypted (sections 4 and 14). Your Yuicho data means your threads (their messages, your agents' replies and work, and attachments up to 20 MB each), your memories and your notebook. Other files on your computer are never synced.
3. Your AI provider
When you use Yuicho, your messages, files and memories are sent to the AI service you connect (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini) under your own account with that service, whose own terms and privacy policy apply.
AI specifics
- Prompts. Your prompts go directly from your computer to that service. They don’t pass through our server, and our server never calls an AI provider.
- Sign-ins. If you sign in with an AI subscription (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini), the sign-in stays on your own computers. When you ask, Yuicho can move it from one of your computers to another, but never stores it on our server or shares it with anyone else.
- API keys. Your API keys stay on your computer. The one exception is a key your company shares in its space: Kin Made holds an encrypted copy of that key only so its members can use it. We never use it to call an AI provider from our server. If your company wants a spend limit, it sets it with the AI provider; we don’t meter or limit AI use.
- Images. Image features use your own key with Google Gemini or OpenAI, under that provider’s terms.
- AI training. Kin Made does not use your prompts, conversations or other content to train AI models. Whether your AI provider uses what you send it for training is set by your account with that provider.
4. What we receive and why
| What | What it includes | Why we need it | Do you have to give it? |
|---|
| Account details | Your email address, your name, and the identifiers your sign-in service gives us. We don’t hold passwords. | To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure. | Yes, to have an account. |
| Your agreement | The versions of the Terms of Service, this policy and the beta rules shown to you, the date and time you confirmed you had read this policy and agreed to the Terms, the wording shown, the country you chose, the app or website version, your email address, your IP address, and your browser or app identifier. | To show when you read this policy and agreed to the Terms. | Yes, to have an account. |
| Cloud sync | If you turn Cloud sync on: your Yuicho data (your threads, with their messages, your agents' replies and work, attachments up to 20 MB each, titles and who each is shared with; your memories; and your notebook). | So you can use the Yuicho website and mobile app, share threads and work in multi-user spaces, even when your computer is offline. | No. Only if you turn Cloud sync on. |
| Threads shared with you | Threads others share with you, with your replies in them. | So you can see and take part in them. | Only if you accept access to a shared thread. |
| Company API keys | An encrypted copy of an API key your company shares in its space. | So members of the space can use it in Yuicho. We never use it to call an AI provider. | No. Only if your company shares a key in its space. |
| Invitations | Your email address, if someone invites you to Yuicho or to a thread or space. | To send you the invitation. | Given by the person who invites you. |
| Usage data | We may collect usage data, anonymized where possible. | To run, secure and improve Yuicho. | It is collected as you use Yuicho. |
| Website analytics and ad measurement | How you use our websites, such as the pages you visit, where you click and scroll, which version of a page you see, the page that sent you, your browser and device type, and cookie or device identifiers. | To understand and improve our websites, test changes to them, and measure how well our ads work. | It is collected as you use our websites. |
| Technical logs | Details our servers and our website delivery service record about each request, such as IP address, time and app version. | To keep Yuicho working and secure, and to fix problems. | It is collected as you use Yuicho. |
| Messages to us | What you send to privacy@, support@, security@, legal@ or [email protected]. | To answer you and keep a record of requests. | No. |
| Payments | If you buy a paid plan: your plan, its status and a payment reference. Our payment processor handles the payment. We never see your full card number. | To provide the plan you paid for. | Yes, for a paid plan. |
| Waitlist | Your email address, and anything else you choose to tell us in a waitlist form, such as what you’d use Yuicho for. Please don’t include sensitive information. | To invite you to Yuicho or tell you when it’s available where you are, to understand what people want to use it for and plan our product, and to send product news if you opt in. | Your email address is required to join the waitlist; everything else is optional. |
| Third-party integration data | Data from other services you connect to Yuicho, as you allow. For Google, see section 9. | To do what you ask your agents to do with that service. | No. Only if you connect a service. |
We get information from others only as this table describes: from services you use to sign in, pay or connect, from our analytics and advertising partners, and from people who invite you or share threads with you. We don’t buy personal information about you.
We keep and use de-identified data only in de-identified form, don’t try to re-identify it, and require anyone we share it with to do the same.
We make no decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
5. How we use your content
Kin Made uses your content only to run Yuicho for you, and we never use it to train AI. We don’t monitor threads.
We would only look at specific content we hold:
- when you ask us for help with it;
- to act on a notice or report we receive about it, such as a copyright notice or a report of abuse or illegal content; or
- when the law requires it, including to report illegal content.
6. Sensitive information
Don’t put health information in Yuicho (our Terms prohibit it). Please don’t put other sensitive information in threads you share. You choose what goes into your threads, and we don’t use your content to identify anyone’s health or other sensitive traits.
7. Who can see your information
- People you share with. Sharing is by invitation only. There are no public links. Anyone you share a thread with sees its whole history, including messages written before they joined.
- Kin Made. Only authorized personnel, all access logged. Access is through a dedicated, permissioned role that is read-only by default, and it is used only for the reasons in section 5.
- Our service providers, listed in section 8, to run Yuicho for us.
- Analytics and advertising partners, on our websites (section 10).
- Your AI provider, when you send it something (section 3).
- Services you connect, as you direct (section 9).
- Legal and safety. When the law requires it, such as a court order, and to report illegal content as the law requires.
- A new owner. If Kin Made or Yuicho is sold or merged, your information goes to the new owner, and this policy continues to apply to it.
We don’t sell personal information.
Our server can send instructions to the Yuicho app on your computer, for example to sync a shared thread, or to unshare a thread when its owner revoked your access.
8. Outside services
Work only for us. These services handle personal information for us. Each may use it only to provide its service to us.
| Service | What it does for Yuicho | Where |
|---|
| Hosting and storage | Runs our server; stores accounts and synced Yuicho data; handles sign-in and account email | United States |
| Website delivery and protection | Delivers our websites and protects them from attacks | Its global network |
| Email delivery (Resend) | Sends our emails, including product news to people who opt in | United States |
| Website analytics (PostHog) | Heat maps, page tests and on-page analytics on our websites | United States |
Under their own policies. These services also handle your information under their own privacy policies.
| Service | What it does for Yuicho | Where |
|---|
| Our payment processor | Handles payments for paid plans | Under its own privacy policy |
| Google Analytics and Google Ads | On our websites: measures how visitors use them and how well our ads work | Under Google’s privacy policy |
| Services you connect, such as Google | Sign-in with Google, and what you ask your agents to do with a connected service | Under its own privacy policy |
We announce changes to these lists on this page.
9. Google data
If you connect your Google account, Yuicho’s agents use only the Google data you allow, to do what you ask. They send what they use to your AI provider. Our server receives Google data only via synced or shared threads and Sign in with Google.
Yuicho’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Yuicho doesn’t use Google data to train AI models.
10. Cookies and Do Not Track
We use cookies to sign you in, keep you signed in, protect our websites from attacks and abuse, and remember your settings.
On our websites, we also use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, PostHog and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our websites, test changes to them, and measure how well our ads work. Google may collect information about your activity on our websites, and on other websites and apps, over time. To learn how Google uses this information, visit policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Do Not Track. There is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, so we don’t respond to them.
11. Where your information is
Your account and synced Yuicho data are stored in the United States, with our hosting provider. Our service providers handle information where section 8 says.
12. How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep your account details and, with Cloud sync on, your Yuicho data, and threads others share with you.
- When you delete a thread, we delete our copy within 30 days. When you turn Cloud sync off, we delete our copy of your Yuicho data within 30 days, and threads you shared stop being shared (we show you which ones first). We keep a copy longer only if the law requires it.
- When you delete your account, we delete your content and personal information, including from our backups, within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it, or as the table below says. You can delete your account in Settings.
- If you join a waitlist, we keep what you gave us until you ask us to remove you, or until 12 months after we invite you or tell you Yuicho is available where you are, whichever comes first. If you create an account, your email becomes part of your account details.
- When the law or an open matter requires it, we may keep data longer: for example, under a court order or a preservation request, or while a notice or report about it is open.
We keep these records after deletion, for these reasons and periods:
| Record | Why | How long |
|---|
| Your agreement to the Terms, and your confirmation that you read this policy | To show what you agreed to in a dispute | 6 years after your account ends |
| Auto-renewal consent records | To show you agreed to a plan that renews | 3 years |
| Content reports and takedown notices | To handle disputes and repeat infringement | 3 years |
| Account closures | To handle disputes | 6 years |
| Security logs | To investigate security problems | As long as we need them for that purpose |
| Email opt-outs | So we never email you again: a scrambled copy of your address | As long as we send email |
| Proof of deletion | To show we deleted your account: dates and a scrambled identifier | 3 years after deletion |
| Reports of illegal content to authorities | As the law requires: reported material for at least 1 year, longer only if law enforcement asks or the law allows; the report record, 6 years | As stated |
| Technical logs | To keep Yuicho working and secure | 18 months |
Our payment processor keeps payment records under its own policy.
13. Your choices and rights
Whatever state you live in, you can ask to:
- see the personal information we hold about you, including anything we have inferred;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- get a copy you can take elsewhere;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- opt out of any sale of your personal information or targeted advertising; and
- withdraw any consent you gave.
You can download a copy of your data, or delete your account, in Settings. For anything else, email [email protected], from your account’s address if you have one. Nevada residents can send requests to the same address. Someone you authorize can ask for you, with your written permission; we may ask you to confirm it. Requests are free.
We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by 45 days if we tell you why. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will decide your appeal within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state’s Attorney General.
We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
14. Security
- Everything sent between your computer, our websites and our server is encrypted in transit.
- With Cloud sync on, your Yuicho data is encrypted in transit and on our servers. We hold the encryption keys and use them only for the reasons in sections 5 and 7. We keep each backup for up to 30 days.
- Staff access is limited to authorized personnel and logged (section 7).
- Our company accounts use strong two-step sign-in.
No way of sending or storing data electronically can be proven completely secure.
On your computer, sign-in tokens are kept as files, as Claude Code and Codex do, so protect your computer and its user account.
To report a security problem, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
15. If something goes wrong
If a security breach affects your personal information, we follow all legally required breach notification laws and rules.
16. Who can use Yuicho
Yuicho is for people 18 and older who live in the United States. It isn’t available in countries or regions under a US embargo. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we delete accounts we learn belong to anyone younger.
17. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version in Yuicho or on yuicho.ai, with its date. Before a material change, we tell everyone in Yuicho. If you keep using Yuicho after a change, you accept the new version. If a change is material, your shared threads won’t sync again until you accept the new version in the app. We will never use information we already hold in a new way without telling you first and, where the law requires, asking for your consent. The date and version at the top show when this policy last changed.

Yuicho Copyright and Takedown Policy
Effective October 24, 2026 · Version 1.3
In short
We don’t monitor threads. We act on notices we receive. If you think something shared through Yuicho infringes your copyright or breaks the law, here’s how to tell us.
This policy is part of the Yuicho Terms of Service.
1. How we handle content
Yuicho lets people share threads and files with people they invite. Shared content isn’t public. We don’t monitor threads. We act on notices we receive, and where the law requires. When we act on a notice, we unshare the thread or attachment, so we stop sharing it with them.
2. Our copyright agent
Copyright Agent, Kin Made LLC8401 Mayland Dr Ste A, Richmond, VA 23294Email: [email protected]
The same details are listed in the US Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
3. How to send a copyright notice
Send your notice to our agent, preferably by email. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), it must include:
- your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them;
- the copyrighted work you say is infringed, or, if there are several, a representative list;
- the material you say infringes, with enough detail for us to find it, such as a link to the shared thread or attachment;
- your name, postal address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner.
If your notice is missing something, we may ask you for it.
4. What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we unshare the material and tell the person who shared it why, and how to send a counter-notice.
5. Counter-notices
If your material was unshared and you believe that was a mistake, or that it was misidentified, you can send our agent a counter-notice. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), it must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the material that was unshared, and where it appeared before it was unshared;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was unshared by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and phone number;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located;
- a statement that you’ll accept service of legal papers from the person who sent the original notice, or their agent.
We follow the counter-notice process the law sets out.
6. Repeat infringers
We end, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Other reports
Write to [email protected] about content shared through Yuicho that you believe is illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, an invasion of privacy, or otherwise against our Terms. Include:
- a link to the thread or attachment, or a description of where it is;
- what the problem is;
- how to reach you.
We may unshare or remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break our Terms. Specific cases:
- Intimate images shared without consent. Write to [email protected] with:
- your name and signature (a typed name is fine);
- where the image is;
- a statement that it was shared without your consent, or the consent of the person shown, if you’re acting for them;
- how to reach you.
We act promptly.
- Child sexual abuse material. Don’t attach or send the images. Describe where the material is. When we learn of apparent child sexual abuse material, we remove access to it, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as federal law requires, and preserve it as that law requires.
- Threats and emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. Then tell us at [email protected].
- Court orders and legal process. Send these to [email protected] or by mail to Kin Made LLC at the address above.
8. Don’t misuse this process
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents either of the following can be liable for the damages that result, including costs and attorneys' fees:
- that material infringes;
- that material was removed by mistake.
If you’re not sure whether something infringes, think about fair use, or get advice before you send a notice.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on yuicho.ai/legal. Changes follow section 17 of the Terms.
